FruitVille은 자체 회원가입 기능이나 자체 개인정보 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 게임은 Google 계정 로그인 없이 플레이할 수 있으며, Google Play Games 리더보드는 이용자가 원하는 경우에만 Google 계정으로 로그인하여 사용합니다. 광고 제공과 리더보드 기능을 위해 Google의 SDK가 일부 정보를 자동으로 처리할 수 있습니다.
1. 개인정보의 처리 목적·항목·보유기간
BITLIM STUDIO(이하 “운영자”)는 FruitVille 제공에 필요한 최소한의 범위에서 정보를 처리합니다. 운영자는 이용자의 실명, 전화번호, 주소, 생년월일을 직접 요구하지 않으며 자체 회원계정을 만들지 않습니다.

3. 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 처리
FruitVille은 6세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 할 수 있으나, 운영자는 아동의 이름, 전화번호, 주소, 이메일 주소 등을 회원가입 목적으로 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
Google Play Games 리더보드는 선택 기능이며, 아동 이용자는 보호자와 함께 Google 계정 및 Play Games 이용 설정을 확인한 후 이용하는 것을 권장합니다.
법정대리인의 동의가 필요한 개인정보 처리가 새로 발생하는 경우, 운영자는 관련 법령에 따라 사전에 동의를 받는 절차를 마련합니다.
아동 또는 연령을 확인할 수 없는 이용자에게는 맞춤형 광고를 제공하지 않으며, 관련 법령과 Google Play 가족 정책에 따른 제한된 광고 또는 비맞춤형 광고가 제공되도록 처리합니다.

6. 자동 수집 장치 및 맞춤형 광고
FruitVille은 광고 제공을 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK를 사용할 수 있습니다. 해당 SDK는 광고 제공, 분석 및 부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소, 앱 상호작용, 진단정보, 광고 ID와 같은 식별자를 자동으로 처리할 수 있습니다.
관련 법령상 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP) 등을 통해 개인정보 및 광고 선택사항을 안내할 수 있습니다.
맞춤형 광고는 관련 법령 및 플랫폼 정책상 허용되는 이용자에게만 동의 또는 선택에 따라 제공될 수 있습니다.
아동 또는 연령을 확인할 수 없는 이용자에게는 맞춤형 광고를 제공하지 않고, 제한된 광고 또는 비맞춤형 광고를 적용합니다.
광고 관련 설정 변경 방법
앱 안에 “개인정보 보호 설정” 또는 이에 준하는 메뉴가 표시되는 경우 해당 메뉴에서 선택사항을 변경할 수 있습니다.
Android 기기의 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제하거나 광고 개인정보 보호 설정을 변경할 수 있습니다. 메뉴 명칭은 Android 버전과 제조사에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
각 기관의 연락처와 서비스는 변경될 수 있으므로 이용 시 해당 기관의 공식 홈페이지에서 최신 정보를 확인해 주세요.
12. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경
이 처리방침은 법령, Google Play 정책, 앱 기능 또는 이용하는 SDK의 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱, 스토어 등록정보 또는 처리방침 게시 페이지를 통해 알리고, 이전 처리방침을 확인할 수 있도록 변경 이력을 관리합니다.

Key Information
FruitVille does not operate its own account-registration system or personal-data server. The game can be played without signing in to a Google account. The Google Play Games leaderboard is available only when a user chooses to sign in with a Google account. Google SDKs may automatically process certain information to provide advertising and leaderboard functionality.
1. Purposes, Categories, and Retention of Personal Information
BITLIM STUDIO (“Operator”) processes information only to the minimum extent necessary to provide FruitVille. The Operator does not directly request users' real names, phone numbers, addresses, or dates of birth and does not create its own user accounts.

The Operator does not use personal information for purposes other than those stated above. If the purposes change, the Operator will take measures required by applicable law and update this Privacy Policy.
2. How Information Is Collected
When a user optionally signs in to Google Play Games or submits a leaderboard score.

3. Personal Information of Children Under 14
FruitVille may be intended for users aged 6 and older. The Operator does not directly collect children's names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, or similar information for account registration.
Google Play Games leaderboard is optional. Child users are encouraged to review Google account and Play Games settings together with a parent or guardian before using this feature.
If new processing that requires parental or guardian consent is introduced, the Operator will establish an appropriate consent procedure in accordance with applicable law.
Personalized advertising is not provided to children or users whose age cannot be determined. Restricted or non-personalized advertising will be used as required by applicable laws and Google Play Families policies.
A child user who has questions or needs assistance regarding privacy may contact bitlimstudio@gmail.com together with a parent or guardian.
4. Third-Party Services and Processing
FruitVille uses the following third-party services. Each provider may process information according to its own privacy policy while providing its services.

The Operator does not separately store internationally transferred information on its own servers. Users may limit certain processing by not using Google Play Games sign-in or by changing advertising consent and device settings. Doing so may limit features such as leaderboards or personalized advertising.
6. Automatic Collection and Personalized Advertising
FruitVille may use Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide advertising. The SDK may automatically process identifiers and information such as IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and advertising ID for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Where consent is required by applicable law, FruitVille may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present privacy and advertising choices.
Personalized advertising may be provided only to users for whom it is permitted under applicable laws and platform policies, based on the user's consent or choices where required.
Personalized advertising is not provided to children or users whose age cannot be determined; restricted or non-personalized advertising is applied as appropriate.
Changing Advertising and Privacy Choices
If a “Privacy Settings” or equivalent option is available in the app, users may use it to review or change applicable choices.
On Android, users may reset or delete the advertising ID or change advertising privacy settings through device settings. Menu names may vary by Android version and device manufacturer.
Personal information directly held by the Operator is deleted without undue delay when its processing purpose has been fulfilled or the retention period has expired.
Electronic files are deleted in a manner intended to make recovery or restoration difficult.
Paper documents, if any, are shredded or destroyed.
Game data stored on the device can be deleted by uninstalling the app or using Android's app storage/data deletion function.
Google Play Games data may be deleted through the user's Google Play Games profile or Google Account data-management features.
8. Security Measures
The Operator strives to apply measures designed to prevent loss, theft, leakage, falsification, alteration, or damage of personal information, including:
Encrypted communications such as HTTPS/TLS when communicating with Google SDKs.
Minimization of personal-information processing and access privileges.
Minimization of stored personal information, including not operating a proprietary user-information server.
Reviewing security updates for SDKs and libraries used by the app.
9. Rights of Users and Legal Guardians
Users and legal guardians may, to the extent provided by applicable law, request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent.
Requests concerning email inquiry information processed by the Operator may be sent to bitlimstudio@gmail.com.
The Operator may request the minimum information necessary to verify the identity of the requester or lawful guardian.
Information processed by Google Play Games and AdMob may also be managed through Google Account, Play Games profile, and Android advertising privacy settings.
If applicable law restricts a deletion or processing-restriction request, the Operator may explain the reason.

This Privacy Policy may be revised due to changes in laws, Google Play policies, app functionality, or SDKs used by the app. Material changes will be announced through the app, store listing, or privacy-policy page, and revision history will be maintained where appropriate.
