By installing or using FruitVille, you agree to these Terms. Third-party services such as Google Play Games and Google AdMob may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
These Terms govern the basic rights, obligations, and conditions between BITLIM STUDIO (“Operator”) and users in connection with the mobile game FruitVille (“Service”).
By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and uninstall the app.
2. Eligibility and Minors
You must be permitted to use the Service under applicable laws and platform policies. Minors should use the Service with the guidance and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
If you use a Google Account or Google Play Games functionality, the applicable age requirements and parental settings of those services also apply.
3. Use of the Service and License
The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FruitVille for personal and non-commercial purposes.
No ownership or intellectual-property rights in the Service are transferred to you.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Manipulate game data, scores, or leaderboard results through unauthorized methods, automation, cheats, or similar tools.
Interfere with normal operation of the Service or attempt to circumvent security features.
Copy, distribute, sell, rent, or reverse engineer the app or its components except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Misuse the Service with the intent to harm the Operator or other users.
5. Third-Party Services
FruitVille may use third-party services or SDKs such as Google Play, Google Play Games Services, and Google AdMob.
Those services may be subject to their providers' own terms of service, privacy policies, and other policies. The Operator does not directly control outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party services.
6. Advertising
The Service may display advertising through Google AdMob or similar services. The format, frequency, or method of ad delivery may change according to service operation and applicable policies.

7. Intellectual Property
Rights in the FruitVille name, software, designs, graphics, characters, text, and other components of the Service belong to the Operator or their respective lawful owners.
You may not commercially use such materials beyond what is necessary to use the Service without prior permission from the Operator.
8. Changes, Updates, and Discontinuation
The Operator may modify or update features, content, support coverage, or operation of the Service for quality improvement, bug fixes, security, policy compliance, or operational reasons.
Part or all of the Service may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to technical failures, platform-policy changes, force majeure, or other significant operational reasons.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free on every device.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator may limit liability, to the extent permitted by law, for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including device environments, network conditions, third-party service failures, user settings, or violations of these Terms.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
10. Restriction and Termination
If a user materially violates these Terms or threatens the normal operation or security of the Service, the Operator may restrict access to specific online features to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform policies.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory laws applicable in the user's place of residence provide otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms and Contact
The Operator may revise these Terms to reflect changes in laws, platform policies, or the Service. Material changes may be announced through the app, store listing, this page, or another appropriate method.
